I hold a PhD in computer science from the University of Poitiers. Currently, I am a R&D software engineer at DOSIsoft working on the next major version of the quality assurance software named EPIgray. I used to work on the software suite dedicated to molecular imaging called PLANET.

I was a postdoctoral research fellow at INSERM U698 working on the simulation of realistic PET images from numerical phantom for the diagnosis of atherosclerosis with Samuel Burg, MD/PhD.

Before that, I was a postdoc at LISI and at XLIM-SIC working on the definition of a new topological data structure suited for archeological building modeling.

I was a PhD student at XLIM-SIC where I worked in the field of 3D images segmentation using topological criteria. During my thesis, I defined operations on a topological data structure representing image partition that allows the implementation of topologically-aware segmentation methods. I also teached computer science to undergraduate student at the University of Poitiers. I was invited for nine months to the LIRIS to finish my thesis with Guillaume Damiand (webpage).
